Full Priced Items
We will offer an ''Online Store Credit'' for full priced items if returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online credits will be processed to the full amount of the ordered returned (less shipping). You will be provided with a unique code for you to use at any time with no expiry date.
Sale Items or Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Requesting a Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return requests should include:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Reason for return
- Details of all items you wish to return
Once assessed you will receive an email with confirmation of the return and instructions for shipping. (please do not post items back to us without receiving a confirmation of return email)
Should the returned item/s not meet the above return guidelines, Uphoria Goods has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped back to the customer.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and Uphoria Goods are not responsible for any lost returns.
Once we receive your items we will be in touch to advise the status of your return.
